EGT (Elite Group Training)
ASA Hoops is committed to providing the best, most player specific training in the market….our answer for the competitive/dedicated youth athlete, EGT (Elite Group Training). EGT will focus on 3 areas of need, FITNESS, BALL HANDLING & SHOOTING!
We combine modern training techniques, tools (such as battle ropes, TRX suspension straps, basketball skill tools, some fun music, etc.) and with some really dedicated coaches and athletes to create a fantastic program.
We look forward to spending some quality time with your athlete and pushing them to higher athletic levels!
